Array replication of a model consisting of multiple objects (Part 1)

Array duplication using instances

Rather than a single object, such as furniture or a doll,A model made up of several objectsI think there are many opportunities to make
There are many cases where you want to give an Array modifier to such a model.
In this case I always useCollection instanceWhenParent instance functionis used to give the Array modifier.

This time, let's assume a combination of such objects.

Store the objects you want to compose in a Collection named "Objects".

Add a Plane to another Collection.

For this Plane,Array modifierAdd This time, we added Array modifiers for X and Y respectively.

It's like this.

Added Collection Instances.

Align the Collection Instance with the base point of the Plane using the cursor.

It fit perfectly.

This procedure allows the Plane's Array modifier toYou can now control the number and pitch

Next time, I would like to vary the orientation of these array-duplicated instances.
